Help

Write to kevin@kevinhazard.com and you'll get a real reply. It helps to include what card you were scanning and what the app said.

It matched the wrong card

On the result, tap Not the right card? Two things are there: a list of the same card's other variations — standard, holo, reverse holo, each parallel — which re-prices instantly when you pick one; and a box to type what the card actually is, which searches again with your words in front. Either way the scan isn't counted twice.

It couldn't read the set

Modern Pokémon cards print a three-letter set code beside the card number in the bottom-left corner. If a set is new enough that the app doesn't know the code yet, it learns it once someone confirms a match, usually within a day. Photographing the back of a sports card also helps a great deal: the set, number and parallel are printed there.

The scan didn't count, or counted when it shouldn't

Only a scan that ends in a priced card counts. Misses, corrections, re-picks and price refreshes are free. If your count looks wrong, tell us the day and roughly the time and we'll look at the record.

Graded cards

Hold the whole slab in frame so the label is visible — the app reads the grader and grade from it and prices accordingly. If the label was cut off or unreadable, set it by hand with the Grade button on the result and the price follows.

Shops

A shop pools one monthly allowance across up to five people. The owner starts it in Settings → Shop and shares the six-character invite code; staff enter it in the same place. The owner can generate a new code, remove a member, or delete the shop. Badges, levels and collections stay personal to each member.

Subscriptions

Plans are bought and cancelled through Apple. In the app, Settings → Manage plan opens your Apple subscription settings, where you can switch tier, change monthly to yearly, or cancel. If you paid but the app still shows the old plan, tap Restore purchases on the Plans page; if that doesn't fix it within a minute or two, write to us with the date of purchase.

Signing in

You can scan without an account. Signing in with Google keeps your scans, level and plan when you change phones, and is needed to join or start a shop. Signing in merges whatever progress the phone already had.

Deleting your account

Write to support@cardglance.app from the address you signed in with and ask for deletion. Everything we hold about the account goes within 30 days and we'll confirm. Your cards and photos are on your phone, so deleting the app removes those.

Glasses

Hands-free mode works with Ray-Ban Meta glasses on the Dealer and Shop plans: pair them in the Meta AI app first, then open glasses mode in Card Glance, look at a card and the price is spoken. Everything in the app works without glasses.
