Terms

By using Card Glance you agree to what follows. It is written plainly on purpose.
Card Glance identifies trading cards from a photo and shows prices gathered from PriceCharting, SportsCardsPro and eBay. It is a research tool. The values it shows are estimates, not appraisals, and not an offer to buy or sell. Identification is automated and will sometimes be wrong. Check anything that matters before you buy, sell or insure a card, and do not treat a number in this app as a valuation for any of those purposes.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Don't use the app to break the law, don't try to get around your scan allowance, don't attack or overload the service, and don't scrape or resell the prices it shows — our data sources don't allow that.
Each plan includes a number of scans a month. A scan is one identification of a card. Refreshing a price, correcting a match, choosing a different variation, and scans that end without a priced card do not count. Allowances reset on the first of the month and unused scans do not carry over. A shop's allowance is shared by its members, and its owner can see each member's usage and remove members.
Subscriptions are sold through the App Store. Payment is taken by Apple when you confirm, and renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings — we cannot do it for you. Refunds are handled by Apple under their policy. If we change a price, Apple will ask you to agree before it applies to you.
The free plan is offered as it stands and its allowance may change. We will say so in the app before reducing it.
Appearing by name is your choice. Pick a nickname that isn't someone else's name, isn't offensive, and isn't advertising. We may remove or rename an entry that is, without notice.
The service is provided as it is. We don't promise it will always be available, that identification will be correct, or that a price will match what a card actually sells for. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for money you lose on a card deal, for lost data, or for other indirect losses from using the app. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited.
Card names, set names, team and league names and player names belong to their owners. Card Glance is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Panini, Topps, Upper Deck, Wizards of the Coast, PSA, Beckett, eBay, Meta or Apple.
Stop using the app whenever you like; delete your account by writing to us. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will explain why where we can.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. If a part of them is unenforceable, the rest still applies. Questions: support@cardglance.app.
